It helps track checklists, document requests, case status, and messages in one place so nothing falls through the cracks — but the underlying legal analysis, strategy, filings, and representation remain entirely the attorney's professional responsibility.

PractDesk does not review, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any checklist item, document request, case note, or message content entered by a lawyer or client using the Service.

Features powered by artificial intelligence (chat assistant, document classification, USCIS letter explanations, interview practice feedback) can produce responses that are incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect. AI models do not "know" the current state of immigration law or your specific case files beyond what you provide them in that session.

Always verify deadlines, form requirements, and eligibility criteria directly with USCIS (uscis.gov) or a licensed immigration attorney before taking any action based on information from this Service.

Using PractDesk does not guarantee any particular outcome in your immigration case, including approval, timing, or avoidance of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), denials, or delays.
